For a period of one year from the date of purchase, Total Vision® Products LLC agrees to pay for repair or replacement of any defect in material or workmanship of Total Vision® video systems as per this agreement. This warranty does not apply where:

1. The system has been subject to an accident, altered, abused, or repaired or serviced by anyone other than a service facility authorized by Total Vision® Products.

2. The serial number on the component(s) have been altered or removed.

To obtain warranty service the component(s) must be shipped insured, freight prepaid, or otherwise delivered to a service facility authorized by Total Vision® Products to render the services provided hereunder in either it's original package or a similar package affording equal protection.

Repair or replacement as provided under this warranty is the exclusive remedy of the purchaser. Total Vision® Products shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages for breach of any express or implied warranty on this product. Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose on this product is limited to the duration of this warranty.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
